How to get paid by ACH/Direct Deposit for my commission income

This guide has the steps on how to get paid via ACH (through personal account or Business Entity/ LLC).

The form below will allow agents to send us the ACH/ Direct Deposit information when getting commission payments. The form has the fields for entering Business Entity or LLC  information should you wish to be paid directly to your LLC. You can follow the instructions below:

1. Go to achform.c21redwood.com then type in your name and email.
2. Docusign will send an email validation containing the Access Code (Signing validation code). Enter this code on the Access code box.
3. Fill in the required fields and sign
4. Upload the proof of account on the attachment button. Samples of proof of accounts: copy of a voided check, letter from your financial institution, or statement showing the account information ( i.e. account holder name, bank routing number, account number.).
5. Click Finish. The commissions department will receive your account information once submitted.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. For security purposes, DO NOT EMAIL  your account information to anyone. The link on step 1 is the most secured method to submit your information.

2. For business entity in the state of Virginia: The business or company must be registered with the SCC and licensed in Virginia Real Estate Board. To see instructions on how to register your business with the SCC and apply for license with VREB , click here.
