Commissions Wiring Instructions (International Wires Only)

This guide provides instructions on how to wire domestic funds to Redwood for agent commission, additional commissions/transaction fees, 1st month’s rental funds, referral fees. There is also a PDF version of these wiring instructions in the Resources below.


IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • The information below is for Commissions + Transaction Fees from a closing of Listing/Sale.
  • This account is also accepting ACH/Direct Deposit transfer for first month’s rent (need ratified lease), or miscellaneous commissions (such as BPO, listing withdrawal fee, Fee for Service, retainer fees, etc).
  • We do not hold Security Deposit for Rentals, please send that to the Landlord/ Property Management
  • Security Deposit for “Post Settlement Occupancy Agreement” where Redwood is holding the deposit per the terms of the agreement must be sent to our Escrow Account (see EMD Wiring Instructions)
  • Verify wiring instructions prior to sending the funds by calling (703) 844 – 9270 or send an email to processing@c21redwood.com
