What is Social Bay?
CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty has partnered with Back At You to provide agents with a powerful tool designed to keep them ahead in their marketing efforts. Social Bay offers:

- Hyper-targeted, intelligent digital advertising
- Customizable landing and lead capture pages (capture those open house leads, promote a client event, etc!)
What is the cost for Redwood Agents?
For all of 2025, Social Bay is free of charge for Redwood agents, allowing ample time to explore its features and benefits.
As of January 2026, a $10/month reimbursable fee may be charged (still no cost to the agent)— more details will come closer to that date.
Will training sessions be provided?

Each Redwood agent has received an email notification to log in to Social Bay. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see the email, or contact your ASM/MPM.
