CENTURY 21 Redwood In-House Awards Criteria (for 2025 Production)

Core Services Awards

Atlantic Coast Mortgage Partner Awards: agents will receive trophies and be recognized during the Redwood Rally. The agents with the most buy-side closings for the year will receive the top trophies or Peak Performers.
Highland Title + Escrow Partner Awards: Agents will receive trophies and be recognized during the Redwood Rally. The agents with the most buy-side closings for the year will receive the top trophies or be named Peak Performers.

Mortgage Partnership Award: is awarded to agents who have 5 or more relocation closings with a mortgage usage of 50% or higher
Title Partnership Award: is awarded to agents who have 5 or more relocation closings with a title usage of 75% or higher
AGR Performance Award: is awarded to agents who have closed 4 or more AGRs
Outgoing Closing Award: is awarded to agents who have closed 4 or more outgoing referrals
Exceptional Service Award: is awarded to agents who have 5 or more relocation closings with at least a 50% service return rate and exceptional service at 98% or higher
Highest Homefind Conversion: is awarded to the agent with 5 or more relocation closings with the highest home-finding conversion rate
Highest Listing Conversion: is awarded to the agent with 5 or more relocation closings with the highest listing conversion rate
Overall Highest Conversion: This award is given to the agent who has 5 or more relocation closings and the highest overall combined conversion rate
Corporate Listing Performance Award: This award is given to the agent with the lowest overall BMA variance and highest amended sale rate
VIP: is awarded to the agent who has completed a combination of no less than 4 closed outgoing referrals and AGRs and meets or exceeds mortgage conversion, title conversion, exceptional service, and has met the minimum conversion rate for both home find and listings

Individual Awards by Office: agents will receive trophies and will be recognized during the Redwood Rally.
- Top Agent with the highest AGC per office: For the agent in each office with the highest Adjusted Gross Commission
- Top Agent with the highest Units per office: For the agent in each office with the highest Unit/ Transaction Count
Company-Wide – Top: agents will receive trophies and will be recognized during the Redwood Rally.
- Top Agent of the Year – AGC: For the agent with the highest Adjusted Gross Commission companywide
- Top Agent of the Year – Units: For the agent with the highest number of units sold companywide
Top 10 Teams: The top 10 registered teams will receive trophies and will be recognized during the Redwood Rally.

10-Year Anniversary: Certificates and pins will be given to agents who celebrated their 10th anniversary with the Company within the previous calendar year. These agents will also be recognized during the Redwood Rally.
Leadership Council: Membership to the Leadership Council is adjusted annually for one year. Eligibility starts with agents with the highest AGC and Core Services transactions in the previous calendar year. If an agent does not want to participate in the Council, the agent with the next highest AGC will be offered a position. Century 21 Redwood Realty can add additional members to the council independent of qualifying criteria. The purpose of the council is two-fold:
- To honor our top-producing agents (recognition/top of the heap)
- To solicit feedback on existing and future company initiatives
Top Agents (for Top Agent Retreat): all Masters Award winners and above are invited to the CENTURY 21 Top Agent Retreat, though it is a special Redwood Award to offer “extra perks” to our Top Agents.
- Who is eligible: Agents in the top 21 company-wide for AGC and Units and the Team Leaders of the Top 10 Teams. The minimum cut off is below:
