Primary/Personal Residence or Investment Property Form

Agents who are buying or selling their own primary residence or an investment property must complete and submit this form.


Commission Policy

The policy outlines applicable fees based on agent status (Qualified vs. Non-Qualified) and whether commission is collected.

Important Reminders

  • This policy does not apply to rental transactions. Standard commission splits apply, including franchise and company portions if your cap has not been reached.
  • Agents are permitted up to two (2) personal and two (2) personal investment transactions per calendar year, inclusive of purchases and sales.
  • All required documentation — including Listing Agreements, Buyer Agency Agreements, Contracts, and Disclosures — must be submitted to Processing, even if you are representing yourself.

Approval Process

All submissions require approval from:

  • Your EVP/Managing Broker, and
  • A member of Corporate Staff.

Once fully signed, the Processing Department will upload the form to the transaction’s paperless file.


How to Submit the Form

Option 1: Use the Online PowerForm

  • Visit submitproperty.c21redwood.com
  • Enter your name and email, along with your Broker/EVP’s name and email
  • Corporate will review and approve the submission
  • Processing will receive a copy and upload it to the transaction file

Option 2: Use the Fillable PDF Form

  • Download, complete, and sign the form
  • Email the signed PDF to processing@c21redwood.com
  • Processing will route it for required signatures
  • Once complete, it will be uploaded to the transaction file
