Rental Coversheet

This guide contains instructions on proper use of the Rental Coversheet.


What is the Rental Coversheet?

The Rental Coversheet is a 1-page Redwood specific document that contains all of the critical information regarding the  lease of a property. This document is required with every Rental Transaction. It must be submitted with your initial rental listing or lease paperwork when you send it your office paperwork processing email.

What Information is required on the Rental Coversheet?

The Rental Coversheet should be completed in its entirety.  Missing information may delay paperwork processing and commission payment significantly. The Processing Team will use the data from your Coversheet to enter your transaction into Paperless Pipeline, the Commissions Team will use the Commission Information Section to process your commission. All of the information on the  Rental Coversheet serves a purpose to our internal processing so it is crucial you do not leave any information out.

The Rental Coversheet can be found in Zipform in the C21 Redwood forms library, in the global zipform templates, as well as in the Resource section of this guide.
