Recruiting Bonus/ Rev Share Program
This program rewards agents for introducing agents who match our Core Values to their office leader and actively assist them with their recruitment. Once an agent confirms the recruit’s interest in meeting with their office leader, ideally with a scheduled appointment time, completes the required google form and is accepted by company leadership, they become eligible for the following annual bonuses, paid once annually within 30 days of the recruited agent’s anniversary date:
- Recruiting Bonus: 2% of the recruited agent’s adjusted gross commission (AGC) for their first 12 months with Redwood, up to $10,000 per recruiting agent.
- All agents are eligible for this bonus.
- Revenue Share: 1% of the recruited agent’s adjusted gross commission (AGC) for each successive 12-month period at Redwood up to $5,000 per recruiting agent.
- To receive this bonus, the recruiting agent must produce AGC of $100,000 or more in their most recently completed 12-month anniversary period.
- These bonuses are only paid to the recruiting agent for production from recruited agents who are team leaders or individual producing agents.

Details:
- Registrations are valid for 90 days and contingent on verification that the recruit is not actively working with a member of our Field team.
- Sales of Personal residences are excluded from the Bonus Program.
- Recruiting bonus and Revenue Share are paid annually as a lump sum by the Commissions Department.
- This policy is applicable to recruited agents with start date as of August 8, 2023
Definitions:
- Recruiting agent: The agent who initiates the process inviting a recruit to join Redwood
- Recruited agent: The agent who is recruited to Redwood
