How Do I Submit a Commercial Referral - Lease or Sale

This guide outlines the different ways you can submit a Commercial Lease or Sale Customer through Relocation.

Please find the different options below on how to submit your referral leads:

Option #1

Go to: referrals.c21redwood.com

Complete the form and hit submit OR access the form via this QR Code:

Option #2

• Login to accessredwood
• Scroll down to the “Other Tools” section
• Click on the purple Referrals App

• Complete the form and hit submit

Option #3

Send an email to Relocation@c21redwood.com

This email box is monitored 12 hours a day 7 days a week for urgency. Please be sure if you are choosing this option you email us the following details:

1. Client Name
2. Client Mailing Address
3. Client Phone Number
4. Client email address
5. Commercial Lease (Tenant or Landlord) or Commercial Sale ( Purchase or Sale)
6. Any specifics you have regarding their search and needs

Option #4 (only for agents who have an eRelocation Account)

• Choose the option at the top of the screen Submit Referral
• Complete the form and hit submit
