How do I submit Paperwork for Processing?

This guide explains the proper way to submit paperwork to your office for processing.

Important Info:

  1. When you have paperwork that is ready to be processed, you will need to attach the documents to an email in PDF Form and send directly to your Office Paperwork email Address.
  2. Always include a specific descriptor in the Subject Line.  For example – “123 Smith Circle – Listing Agreement” or “123 Smith Circle – Appraisal Removal Addendum”
  3. Always include a Cover Sheet with every field completed when submitting a new transaction to the office.
  4. Current checklists and coversheets can be found in Zipforms templates.
  5. Always scan paperwork with the pages in the correct order
  6. You can either send all the transaction paperwork as one attachment OR attach each addendum as its own separate attachment to one email.
  7. The paperwork emails are not monitored— the purpose is for forwarding documents only. If you need to send a message to Corporate Processors, you may email processing@c21redwood.com. (Never send any emails to help@paperlesspipeline.com)
  8. Only pdf forms can be sent as attachment and maximum file size is 25 MB.
