How to Log in to 21Online (Century21.com)

21Online is the One-stop online access for any Century 21 Agents, Brokers, Companies. Agents will be able to see the rankings, transaction activities, and Real Satisfied Survey and so much more.

Follow the steps below on how to log in/ reset your password:

New Agents – if you are a brand new Redwood agent, an email will be sent to your Redwood Email from Century 21 within 48 hours of activation. It will include a Vanity Email (century21.com) that you will use to access 21online.com. The activation link will ask you to set up a new permanent password as well as the Security Questions.

There are two ways to access 21Online.

First, is by going to AccessRedwood and click on “Miscellaneous Tools.” From there, select “21Online.”

Another way is to go to 21online.com directly.

Click Sign In
Enter your Username (Vanity Email)
Enter your Password then click “Sign In”.
- If you can’t remember your password, click “Forgot Password?” then “click here to reset your password”
- The system will prompt you to enter the Username (vanity email)
- The next screen will give you 2 Options: Reset via Email (it will be sent to your Redwood Email) or Reset via Security Question
- Follow the next instructions then reset your new password

21online has added two-factor authentication to login.

Step 1: Log into 21online.com

Step 2: After logging in, you will be prompted to set up SMS Factor authentication by choosing which authenticator app you want to use.

You’ll have two authenticator app options—please download one to your phone (we recommend Google Authenticator):

Step 3: Once you’ve chosen and installed an authenticator app,

Select which device type (Andriod or iPhone).
A QR code will appear on your screen.
Open the app and scan the QR code within the app to complete the setup.*

* Ensure that you complete the last step using the authenticator app you downloaded.

Step 4: After scanning the QR code with your authenticator app, a 6-digit code will appear—along with a label like OKTA.anywhere. and your username.

Enter the 6-digit code when prompted. Once verified, you'll be logged in to 21online.
