Minimum Requirements for Submitting Existing Agent Headshots

If an agent wishes to have a headshot, not taken by one of our preferred photographers, uploaded to our systems, the following minimum requirements must be met:

• Photo should be at least 1000 pixels for both width and height (3,000 X 2000 pixels preferred)
• Both of the agent’s shoulders should be showing completely, without any cropping.
• Agent should be well lit with minimal to no shadows on their face.

If the headshot meets the minimum requirements stated above, it can be submitted here for review and editing by our Marketing Department.
