How to Add a Relo Referral in Darwin

This guide is to be used for the processing department on transactions with a referral fee.

For transactions with a referral, the referral amount and referring company must be accounted for by entering the information into our accounting system.

Step 1: Go to the Commission screen

Step 2: Enter Referral Amount

Enter referral amount (percentage or dollar amount) in the “less referral” box, then click save.

Note: Reference the amount noted on the the Accounting Sheet, Leadrouter and/or referral agreement.

Step 3: Add Referral Commission

1. Click on + icon, search for the referral company, double click on name.

   

2. Then enter the referral rate (percentage or dollar amount) and click save to add the referral to the transaction.
