Verifying Leads in eRelocation

Helpful Tips: A crucial step in processing the received paperwork is determining if the client is an Office -Generated lead. If we have not yet received the Accounting Sheet and you need to verify the lead source and buyer/source in Darwin, please check in eRelocation. If the client is not found in eRelocation or if you are unable to locate an Inbound Referral, assume the lead source and buyer/seller source is Agent Generated, Personal Lead. Another way to verify if a transaction is a Relocation Cartus deal, look for the Relocation section in the broker agreement. It will be marked “yes” for relocation if the client has been placed in a Relo Program.

Step 1: Go to eRelocation website

Access eRelocation directly by clicking on this link.

Step 2: Log in to eRelocation

Step 3: Click the "Search Referrals" tab

Step 4: Enter the search keyword

We can use either the client’s first name, last name, first and last name, property address, phone number or email address.

Step 5: Click the Client Name

If the client is in the system, click on the client’s name to see the lead details.

Step 6: Locate Lead Information

Check the Referral Type and make sure that it is showing “Inbound.” Then, check the Referral Source to determine the referral type.

Please refer to the table below for the common Referral Sources typically shown in eRelocation and their corresponding Lead Sources to be entered in Darwin while we await the Accounting Sheet from the Relocation Team. The final Lead Source for entry in Darwin will be determined by the Accounting Sheet.

Step 7: If the client's name does not appear in the system or if there is no Inbound Referral, then the transaction is NOT a company generated lead
