At the bottom of the page, input the Agent’s MLS ID on the List Agent Subscriber ID field first to review the List side closings. When there are some matches, click on the Results.
Step 4: Report will show all of the closed Listings/Sales
It will show all the Agent’s closings for the specified date range. Open each deal that needs to be submitted.
- Look for deals that closed prior to the Agent’s start date in Redwood. (Verify Agent’s start date in darwin under Agent basics tab.)
- Deals that closed after the Agent’s start date, but were not credited or closed in Redwood. (Transaction closed after agent’s start date but was processed by the previous office.)
