AccessRedwood Login and Overview

How to Log in to New AccessRedwood

Redwood Agents and Employees:

1. Go to accessredwood.com.
2. Login with your C21Redwood Gmail account by clicking on the blue button.

Note: Be sure to select your Redwood email if you have multiple email accounts saved in your browser.

Non-Redwood Agents and Employees (ACM & Highland Title)

1. Go to accessredwood.com.
2. Enter your email address, then click on "Send me login link." You should receive an email containing the login link.

You can also click on "Forgot Password", and you should receive an email with a password for your account.

New AccessRedwood Overview

Once you login, you'll be directed to the home screen.

Dashboard

Your New AccessRedwood Dashboard includes the following features:

1. Billboards - this section displays important information and clickable hyperlinks for easy access.
2. Search bar - Quickly find and access the tools or applications you need.
3. Business Plan Tasks - Agents can modify existing tasks as needed.

4. Notifications - Displays pop-up alerts and important announcements. Clicking on a notification will redirect you to the main Notifications tab, where you can view and read all your notifications.

5. Pinned Applications and Tools - Provides easy access to your primary Redwood applications and tools, keeping them readily available.
6. My Calendar - Agents can view and manage all available calendars.

6. Redwood Employees -Includes all field staff and their contact information. Scroll through the list or click on All Team for a complete view.

On the left-hand side of your screen, you'll see the menu categories.

The Transactions, Leads, Referrals has items that will either allow you to log in to the respective tools or direct you to a support center guide for the tool or program.

You can access the Support Center button in every tab.
