How to Create a New Agent Welcome Graphic

Step 1: Download landscape version of agent headshot

Step 2: Go to this link

Step 3: Click “Uploads” on left hand side & then click “Upload files”

From there, click the file in the screen that pops up

Step 4: Click the headshot which now appears under “Images” in the “Uploads” tab

Step 5: Drag the picture into the frame of your desired template

Canva will automatically fit the picture into the frame once you hover it over said frame

Step 6: Replace copy placeholders with appropriate agent info

Step 7: Customize the file name to your preference

Step 8: Click “Share” then “Download” in the dropdown menu

Step 9: Click “JPG” under “File type” then click download

Make sure to choose the correct page number for the file you want to download.
