What Happens If Tom Is Unavailable?

If Tom cannot accept the lead, our Relocation Team will step in to find a qualified broker to handle the referral. In such cases, the referral fee may vary and will be negotiated accordingly. The Relocation Team will keep you informed with updates on the status of your lead throughout the process.

What If My Referral Is Outside the Covered Areas?

No problem! Referrals outside Tom’s covered areas can still be submitted. Our Relocation Team will locate a suitable agent or broker to assist with your lead.
