Launched in 2024, the new Redwood Tech Stack represents a shift in mindset: away from “one-size fits all” solutions, toward giving agents choices. In the industry’s best ecosystem for growth and balance, no two business plans are the same, so why should you have to use the same old tech solutions?

We created this questionnaire to make recommendations on how to configure your Redwood Tech Stack based on what you tell it about your business. With just five minutes of your time today, we’ll help you to understand your priorities and to start thinking about which tools you’re going to choose when the time comes.

When will I need to choose? Please choose your CRM and Website solutions ASAP. This way, we can let our partner vendors know to enable your accounts and help you learn how to make the most of them!

Every Redwood Tech Stack will contain custom components from a short list of categories: CRM, Websites, Collaborative Search, and CMAs/ Listing Presentations. Some choices, like MoxiWorks, are available for FREE, while others, like ReChat, are made available to Redwood Agents at unbelievably low rates which are reimbursed to producing agents on their anniversaries.

CRM

For keeping in contact with your SOI, building a new database from cold leads, or both! We offer three choices for the CRM that will sit at the center of your business plan:

MoxiEngage (part of MoxiWorks, and FREE)
ReChat (available for $30/month, FULLY reimbursed to producing agents annually)
Follow Up Boss (available for $20/month, FULLY reimbursed to producing agents annually)

Websites

There are two important types of websites in every agent’s marketing toolkit: a personal, brandable website for your business, and, often, dedicated websites for each of your listings (something most clients want but are afraid to ask you for).

We offer you multiple solutions for your websites:

MoxiWebsites and MoxiImpress (each part of MoxiWorks, and FREE)
ReChat (included in the cost of ReChat CRM at $30/month, FULLY reimbursed to producing agents annually)
Luxury Presence (agent websites available for $15/month, FULLY reimbursed to producing agents annually)

Collaborative Search

When serving home buyers, you’re often working with them in the capacity of helping them find homes to see and, we hope, make offers for. Here, Redwood offers you three great choices:

RealScout (industry-leading tool, FREE for all Redwood agents)
MoxiWebsites (part of MoxiWorks, and FREE)
Luxury Presence (a feature included in the price of their agent websites)

No matter which website solution you choose to work with, you can still use RealScout. Because it’s offered for free, what do you have to lose by trying out this awesome tool?

Just know that we know collaborative searching isn’t for everyone. Some agents simply prefer their clients to call or text when they find a home they love. This is fine!

CMAs and Listing Presentations

While the new Redwood Tech Stack will ultimately contain multiple choices for CMAs and Listing Presentations, we will continue to offer CloudCMA for FREE to every Redwood Agent. If you’ve never used CloudCMA before, don’t forget to explore it before Listing Presentation training next week.
