• AARP® Culture Courses – Agents assigned to AARP® referrals are required to be Partner Program certified and complete AARP® Culture Courses (101,105, 231). These courses are automatically attached to the 2025 Partner Program Certification for agents who have not previously completed the AARP® Culture Courses (101,105, 231).

What to Expect in 2025:
The agent experience has been simplified for Partner Programs and Corporate Relocation certifications.
Now, new and returning agents can follow a single streamlined journey with previously certified agents offered the ability to test out.
Completion:
After you complete the certification(s), you will receive an email with a link to download and print your certificate. Additionally, a confirmation of your certification(s) will be sent directly to your Relocation Department for tracking purposes.
