Relocation Social Graphic Procedure

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough for creating and posting relocation social graphics.

1. Form Submission

A staff member from the Relocation Department fills out the Relocation Social Graphic Request Form.

The submission must include:

• Agent(s)/Team Name
• Office
• Location the client is leaving
• Location the client is moving to
• Testimonial from the agent for the Relocation Department

2. Graphic Creation

Marketing & Communication reviews the submitted form for completeness and accuracy.

They create two social graphics:

• External Use Graphic (C21 Redwood Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn): Includes basic information about the relocation and the agent for social media platforms.
• Internal Use Graphic (Office Pages): Includes agent information and the testimonial.

3. Sharing Graphics

Marketing & Communication shares both graphics with Natalie for posting.

4. Posting on Social Media

Natalie posts the internal social graphic to the office Facebook pages and external social graphic to the company’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
