WHAT IS REALVITALIZE?
The RealVitalize program provides home sellers with home improvement resources prior to or during the home listing period, with no up-front costs or interest fees. To learn more about the program please check out the FAQ pdf and watch the staff training below.
GETTING YOUR SELLERS STARTED:
- Enroll In RealVitalize Program: Upload the seller-signed Participation Agreement in the online enrollment platform. Approval takes 24 – 48 hours.
- Schedule Projects: Angi project consultant connects you to service professionals to scope work, and provide estimates and schedule.
- Work Gets Completed: Work will be finished on time and on budget. Angi guarantees your seller’s satisfaction with the work quality.
- Home Sells, Costs Paid Back: When home closes, funds will be removed from settlement proceeds – no interest, markups or fees.

Listing enrollment steps:
- Fill out the participation agreement and have the seller sign
- Have the broker counter-sign. **See CENTURY 21 Redwood Policy below***
- Upload to: https://realvitalize.realogyailab.com/newEnrollment
- Receive approval within 24-48 hours, and an Angi Project Consultant will reach out
*To enroll, the company must first be enrolled into the RealVitalize program and the agent must have an active listing agreement. The fully executed listing agreement will need to be submitted with the signed Participation Agreement.
**CENTURY 21 Redwood requires that the RealVitalize Agent Acknowledgment be signed by the agent before the broker will counter-sign. This is an internal document that is kept in a paperless pipeline and does not need to be uploaded to revitalize. Agents should be up to date on payments due to C21 Redwood and must have a working credit card on file. Click HERE for RealVitalize Agent Acknowledgment
CAN I RECOMMEND MY VENDORS?
Use this link to start onboarding your preferred vendors. Once the form is filled out and submitted, the Angi team will reach out to the service provider in 1-2 business days to walk them through the onboarding process.
Angi will assess a per-project referral fee from vendors for the quality of project leads offered to them. The first project will be fee-free so the vendor can experience the program. Vendors are able to accept or deny any leads that RealVitalize sends their way.
