EHO & REALTOR® Logos

This guide provides links to the logos for EHO and REALTOR® and describes the rules for complying with the EHO and NAR regulations.

The Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) logo is a critical symbol of fair housing practices and nondiscrimination in housing transactions. It should be displayed prominently in all housing-related materials, including websites, brochures, and advertisements, ensuring it is clear and legible. The logo must not be altered, distorted, or modified in any way, and its original colors should be maintained for consistency and recognition. It is essential to comply with the Fair Housing Act, which prohibits discrimination in housing based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, or disability, when using the EHO logo.

The REALTOR logo is a symbol of professionalism and ethical conduct in the real estate industry. It should be used to signify membership in the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and adherence to its strict Code of Ethics. When using the REALTOR logo, ensure it is displayed prominently and clearly, maintaining its original colors and proportions. Do not alter, distort, or modify the logo in any way. It is reserved exclusively for use by NAR members and should not be used by non-members or inappropriately. Adhering to these guidelines helps protect the integrity and reputation of the REALTOR brand.
