FH+E Designation Criteria
Office
To achieve the CENTURY 21 Fine Homes & Estates® office designation, the office’s prior year production must include:
- At least five (5) closed residential transactions at or above $1,500,000 OR
- At least five (5) closed residential transactions 3 times the median price in the local MLS within the past 12 months.
Interested offices that qualify for the CENTURY 21 Fine Homes & Estates designation should complete the Target Market Designation application below.
Agent
To become a CENTURY 21 Fine Homes & Estates designated agent:
- The affiliated sales associate must be assigned the designation by their Broker through 21Online.com and work from a designated office. Designated agents can include the “Luxury Home Specialist” designation on their business cards.
- Designated offices and agents are permitted to use the CENTURY 21 Fine Homes & Estates tools and resources such as business cards, property marketing flyers, and brochures available through Brand Studio, Business Builder, and Xpressdocs® to market their luxury properties.
