  We post your opportunity through trusted VA networks and communities.

• 📝 Resume Screening & Shortlisting

  We evaluate applications and present you with a curated list of top candidates.

• 🎤 Interview Coordination & Vetting

  We schedule and facilitate interviews and provide insights to help you choose the best fit.

• 🤝 Final Selection & Onboarding Support

  We’ll help finalize your offer and provide onboarding guidance to set you up for success.

• 🔄 30- and 90-Day Follow-ups

  We check in after 30 and 90 days to ensure the partnership is working and to provide support if needed.

💵 Pricing

• Flat Fee: $500

  Paid upfront before consultation begins.

• Placement Guarantee:

  If the placement is not a fit within the first 90 days, you’ll receive a $150 credit toward your next search, valid for 6 months.

• Typical Time Investment:

  Most placements require 6–8 hours of consulting. For more complex hiring needs, additional hours may apply and will be discussed in advance.
