Real Scout Auto Nurture
This guide walks you through using Real Scout to “Auto Nurture” your clients.
This guide walks you through using Real Scout to “Auto Nurture” your clients. Used properly with a large database, this feature will engage with your database and alert you to reach out to them for a conversation at just the right time. This video explains how this works:
Step I: Look for an email from andrewf@realscout.com with the subject line “Century 21 Redwood Realty invites you to use RealScout”, click the “Activate Your Account” button and follow the instructions.
Step II: If you’re using Moxiworks or Follow Up Boss as your CRM, synch your CRM with RealScout.
- Moxi Engage: You can sync all or some of your contacts with RealScout (full instructions here)
- Import Some: Click on the integrations tab in RealScout, scroll down to Moxi, click “Import Contacts By Groups”, click the “Back fill Contacts” button
- Import All: Click on the integrations tab in RealScout, scroll down to Moxi, click the “Back fill Contacts” button
- Follow Up Boss: If you’re using Follow Up Boss through Redwood, your RealScout and Follow Up Boss accounts have already been connected. All that you need to do to sync a contact is add a tag that says “FUB/RealScout” (this video explains the benefits of the RealScout/ FUB integration)
Step III: Go to Contacts in RealScout, select the clients that you would like to register for Auto Nurture and click the “Auto Nurture” button. The first email will be sent to them on Day 1. The full contact cadence is outlined here.
