How do I Enroll a Warranty with HSA?
This guide will show you how to enroll a client with HSA Home Warranty. It also provides the most current version of the HSA Home Warranty Brochure.
Create Your Profile
Go to own.onlinehsa.com. Click on “register” and create your profile. Real Estate agents would designate themselves as “agents”. Office managers and transaction coordinators should choose “administrator” which allows them to access all of the agents in their office.
Create a New Order
Once your profile has been created, click on the “New Order” tab. Follow the prompts. Note: property type — do NOT click on Townhouse even if it is a townhouse. There is a glitch in the system and it will not enroll a warranty using that type of dwelling. Use either single family or condo.
When you have a ratified contract, you can go back in to system, click on “Search Orders”. You can use either the street address and zip code, or the confirmation number to pull up the warranty. Closing date, buyer information, etc. can be added by clicking on the “pencil” by the appropriate heading.
