How will Redwood Home Concierge benefit my business?
Redwood Home Concierge, powered by LiveEasy, provides multiple channels to your clients to assist in all of their moving and future home maintenance tasks. Each channel is branded to you, the Redwood agent, keeping you front and foremost on your client’s mind for their lifetime.
What is Redwood Home Concierge?
Redwood Home Concierge is an agent-branded multichannel service that helps your clients stay on top of their move by providing a one-stop shop for all of their moving and future home maintenance needs. Redwood Home Concierge access is available via the brokerage/agent branded website, branded emails, a dedicated concierge, and a branded Alexa concierge.
How much does Redwood Home Concierge cost me and my client?
Absolutely nothing. This service is completely free for Redwood Agents and their clients.
How do I get access to Redwood Home Concierge?
You will receive an email inviting you to log in from Redwood Home Concierge powered by LiveEasy. If you have trouble finding the email, need your Redwood Home Concierge link, or need to reset your password, please contact your ASM.
How do I add vendors?
You can add vendors in My Vendors on your admin panel. Simply enter the vendor contact details, select the category the vendor represents and hit submit.
What are the automated “touch-points” of Redwood Home Concierge?
When a client’s transaction goes under contract, an invitation is automatically sent on your behalf. Only the relevant information needed for your client’s move is pulled during an automated invitation. This includes their name, email address, phone number, the address they’re moving to or moving from, and the scheduled closing date.
Will I be notified when my client is sent an invitation?
Yes, you will be notified 48 hours before an invitation is sent to your client. The subject line for the email is <agent name> Home Concierge Invite. This email will come from an email address such as info@yourbrokerage.com, please do not mark as spam or block the email or you may not easily find future notifications. Let your clients know about Home Concierge so they can make the best use of the platform!
Can I stop an invitation?
Absolutely! This is why a notification is sent 48 hours before sending a client an invitation. If, for any reason, you do not wish to invite a client to your LiveEasy platform or have a client assigned to your dedicated concierge, you can simply click the Disable Invitation button in the notification email.
How often are email reminders sent to my clients?
Reminder emails are sent to clients about once a week during a 4- to 6-week move process. These emails consist of major task reminders for the client to switch their utilities, forward their mail, hire a moving company, etc.
Can my client stop the moving reminders?
A client can unsubscribe from the co-branded emails at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of the reminder emails. You can also stop the client reminders by clicking on the Disable Invitation tab in the original ‘congratulations on your transaction’ email in your inbox.
How do I “opt out” of Redwood Home Concierge for one client?
If you don’t want an invitation sent or a dedicated concierge to be assigned to an individual client, you can simply click Disable Invitation in the email you receive 48 hours prior to inviting your client.
Can I opt-out of Redwood Home Concierge for ALL of my clients?
If you’d like to opt-out of automated invitations, simply uncheck the Automated Client Invitations checkbox within the Manage Account section of your admin panel. You will still be able to send manual invitations.
