Agent Cap Reference Guide

This guide provides resources to help you easily access agent cap information.


1. Roster on the Monday boardhttps://c21redwood.monday.com/boards/5877932851/views/128984152 - this board is showing agent info and what the agent signed up for. See screenshot below:


2. There is a report under Custom Report menu called "Agent List by Commission Plan (for Field)". If you run that report, you will see the screenshot below. Here are what the fields mean:

1. The report is grouped by Commission Plans: CAP, fixed split, sliding

cap, Ascend

2. cap - if agent is on a CAP or Sliding CAP - this column shows what

the agent's max CAP is

3. basis - this is the total CAP reached by the agent for this cap period

4. agt earned % - this is the agent's portion of the split (90/10 split

means 90% to agent, 10% to Redwood)

5. co $ profile % - this is Redwood's portion of the split

6. start date - when agent joined Redwood, it can be different from the

anniv start date

7. anniv start date - when CAP resets. If agent reached CAP, this is

when the agent will start being charged split until the cap is reached


***Please note that transaction fees are not included on the calculation of the CAP. That is a different line item collected from the transaction.***
