Marketing Studio 2.0 Support

We apologize for the continued issues with Marketing Studio 2.0. The vendor has assured us that they are prioritizing the needs of Redwood agents. If you have a problem with Marketing Studio 2.0, please do the following:

Clear your cache.

  1. Navigate to the 3 dots at the top of your Google Chrome profile and then click on "Delete Browsing Data"

  1. Click on "Time Range" and choose "Last 4 Weeks"
    1. Do NOT clear anything longer than 4 weeks
  2. Select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files"

If clearing your cache does not resolve the issue, please reach out to:

Include as many details as you can about the issue(s) you are experiencing, along with the MLS number.
