Golden Ruler - How to Review and Share Property Results via 21Online
This Support Guide details step-by-step instructions on how to review property results on Golden Ruler. Please follow the steps below so you can access the results and share them with your clients.
Step 1: Go to accessRedwood
Step 2: Scroll down to Miscellaneous Tools and select the “21online.com” icon
This will take you to the 21online dashboard. If you’re not automatically logged in, please review How to Login to 21Online (Century21.com) Support Guide or contact your ASM
Step 3: Search “Golden Ruler” in the search bar and click “Golden Ruler App” from the drop down menu
A new window will open and will bring you to your profile in ListTrac.
Step 4: Select “Listings” from the menu bar on the left side of the page
Step 5: Type the listing address you would like to review in the search bar
Step 6: Once you find your listing, click “View Online Analytics”
Step 7: View Listing Data
You will be able to review many points of data including views, inquiries, favorites, shares, viewing heat, map, etc. You also have the opportunity to view how your website listing compares to some of the top competitors. Check out the example below:
Step 8: Once you’re ready to share the listing data with your client, go back to your listing and click “View/Share Seller Report”
From there, you can click “download PDF” or “Copy Link to Clipboard” in the new window that pops up, which is your Online Analytics Report (see second screenshot below).
Send Recurring Automated Reports to Sellers or to yourself (as the agent)
Agents can also set up automated reports to sellers if preferred. Follow the steps below on how to set it up.
Step 1: Find the listing
Step 2: Click the “schedule delivery of seller report” under Seller Report Options column
Step 3: Complete the information of the seller on the next steps. Under the Include Lead Metrics option, select “Never include lead metrics“. Select the frequency of the delivery options then click “Save“.
Stop Delivery of Recurring Report
You can stop or modify the automated recurring report of the listing activity by following the steps below.
Step 1: Find the listing
Step 2: Under the Seller Report Options, select “stop delivery” or “modify delivery of seller report“
