Leadership Council
The Redwood Leadership Council recognizes our top producers, award-winning leaders, and charity-minded agents, including those with the highest partnership engagement, while seeking their input on current and future initiatives.
Meeting Expectations
The Leadership Council meets on the Wednesday following the Company-Wide Sales Meeting to discuss key real estate trends, provide feedback on Redwood’s tools and processes, and represent the voices of each office. Membership includes eligible Top Producers, Top Core Service Performers, Redwood Gives Back Ambassadors, Team Leaders with the highest AGC, and Culture & Leadership Ambassadors.
Eligibility & Selection
Not all Top Producers automatically qualify. Each office has specific eligibility criteria, and all eligible agents are vetted/nominated by the office EVP. Final acceptance requires approval during the EVP’s discussion with the Leadership Council member. Membership resets annually, and the new Council is announced during the Redwood Rally in April.
Council Composition
Representation per office is based on the previous year’s sales volume:
- 1 Representative for offices under $50 million
- 2 Representatives for offices between $50–200 million
- 3 Representatives for offices over $200 million
Additional representatives include:
- 1 Core Services Representative per office (highest Highland and / or ACM transactions)
- Redwood Gives Back Ambassadors
- Team Leaders with the highest AGC
- Culture and Leadership Ambassador of the office
Qualifying Criteria
- One-year term aligned with the April Redwood Rally announcement
- Eligible roles are based on prior-year production and Core Service performance
- CENTURY 21 Redwood may add members at its discretion
