Getting Started with C21 Canva Enterprise

CENTURY 21 has teamed up with Canva to offer Canva Enterprise for free to all CENTURY 21 agents. This is an awesome benefit to agents and provides great features such as premade templates, brand kits, stock imagery and video, and more. Here's how to get started:

Logging in:

You can access Canva by going directly to canva.com or through 21Online.

Logging in through 21Online:

  1. Login with your @century21.com email
  2. Navigate to productivity hub
  3. Scroll down to find Canva

  1. Authenticate with Google authenticator. (This is the same authenticator app you use to login to 21Online.)

  1. If you are an existing user, follow these instructions

Connect the CENTURY 21 App

This app allows you to import your listing photos and MLS data.

  1. Navigate to the apps section on the left hand menu

  1. Search for the "CENTURY 21" app to connect

  1. If you'd like to access your listings and DBA media while in a design, search for CENTURY 21 in the apps section and then allow access.
Click Apps and then search CENTURY 21
Allow CENTURY 21 to connect.

Reminder: If you want to keep your personal Canva account separate from Canva Enterprise, update your account email to a non-work address (Instructions here). You’ll still be able to join Canva Enterprise using the log in instructions above, but it will create a separate account that does not contain your existing designs.
