SNAP & Select Marketing Suite Investment

The Select Marketing Suite is available to all agents and is a collection of tools designed to help you stay connected with clients, strengthen your personal brand, and maintain consistent, professional marketing.

How much does it cost?

The mandatory monthly investment fee for the Select Marketing Package is $99 for individuals. Team pricing is $99 for the first team member, then $49 for each additional team member.

As part of a promotional period, the monthly investment will be waived through September 1, 2026, so you can take advantage of these features at no cost.

A highlight of The Select Marketing Suite is that much of your marketing is done for you in a "set-it-and-forget-it" style, allowing you to focus more on your business. Part of this is done through the use of the SNAP Portal. Your database remains entirely yours, and you retain full ownership and control of your contacts and communications.

ICA Addendum

This addendum doesn’t change your current agreement — it simply adds access to these additional resources to support your business growth. All terms, conditions, commission rates, and fees under the current Independent Contractor Agreement shall remain unchanged.

The Broker may, however, on the Salesperson’s behalf, send up to twelve (12) newsletters, two (2) living magazines, and two (2) insider publications per year specific to the Salesperson’s service area. The Broker may also include information related to Client Appreciation events, Sphere of Influence activities, and office fundraising events sponsored by the Salesperson or the Broker.

Each of these items will be sent from the Salesperson’s Redwood email address. Newsletters are specifically branded to the Salesperson and include the Salesperson’s personal contact information and a link to the Salesperson’s broker-provided website.

Other than the items described above, the Broker will not send any communications to the Salesperson’s sphere of influence or clientele without the Salesperson’s express approval. The Salesperson may opt out clients from receiving any marketing communication from the Broker at any time.
