Set It & Forget It Incentive Program: Just Listed/Just Sold Postcard OR Listing Brochure Program
This guide outlines the Set It & Forget It Incentive Program, including the option to use complimentary listing brochures or discounted Just Listed/Just Sold postcards. It also walks through how to opt in and what to expect, including how the Redwood staff will create your materials, provide proofs for review, and coordinate production and delivery for each eligible listing, a seamless experience, handled for you.

What You Need to Get Started
To enroll in the program, you’ll need to:
Meet with Your EVP & ASM
Schedule time with your EVP and ASM to review the Just Listed / Just Sold postcard program, confirm your preferences, and complete the sign-up process together.
Complete the Commitment & Authorization Form
During your meeting, you will:
- Confirm your participation and acknowledge the program terms
- Select your SIFI option:
- 25 Complimentary Listing Brochures per listing OR Just Listed / Just Sold Postcards (50% off a minimum order of 100 postcards)
- Provide a valid credit card to be kept on file for program billing
- Obtain all required approvals and signatures (Agent and EVP/Managing Broker)
What’s Included
Agents receive ONE of the following company-paid marketing benefits:

Active Listings:
25 Complimentary Listing Brochures (Offered in Marketing Studio 2.0, excludes 8-Page Horizontal, 30 Photo Brochure)
OR

Just Listed and/or Just Sold Listings (JL/JS):
50% off 100 postcards (standard pricing is $1 per postcard + applicable sales tax; company covers the cost of the first 50 postcards. Minimum order of 100 postcards required).
*Optional Add-On: Agents can request that listing brochures also be created, but if they are in the JL/JS program, brochure printing charges will be at the agent's expense. Available only if Just Listed/Just Sold Postcards are selected.
What Happens Next
Once your preference is submitted:
When We Start Working on Your Materials
Once agents opt into the Set It & Forget It Incentive Program, our team will automatically monitor your listing status and begin preparing your marketing materials as soon as it reaches the designated status. For postcards, we’ll get started as soon as your listing status changes to Listed or Sold. For brochures, we’ll begin once the listing goes Active.
Please note: Listing photos should be in MLS when the listing is in Coming Soon status.
You’ll Get an Email From Us
Once your listing status changes, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve started working on your marketing materials. From there, our team will prepare your proof and reply in the same email thread with the design for your review.
Reviewing Your Proof
You’ll have 24 hours to review the proof and submit any edits or corrections, if needed. If we do not receive a response within that timeframe, we will proceed to finalize and complete the order to ensure timely delivery.
Please note: For postcards, our team will select (at least) 100 addresses using the Radius feature in XpressDocs to determine addresses closest to the property.
Finalizing & Submitting the Order
Our team will go in and finalize the order. For postcards, the order will be charged to the credit card on file. Another email will be sent to you by your ASM or a Redwood marketing team member to let you know that your order is complete.
