One of the great benefits of SNAP and The Select Marketing Suite is the ability to have monthly newsletters sent to your clients on your behalf.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Who will receive the newsletter? 
    • Any clients who are in your SOI and SCC groups within the SNAP CRM 
      • Clients in "Farm" will not receive it 
  • Can I customize the newsletter? 
    • You do have the ability to customize or create your own newsletter. Please follow the steps in this guide. 
    • Any customized newsletters will NOT be sent on your behalf. 
  • Can I opt out of automatic newsletters? 
    • Yes! Please reach out to your ASM, M&P, or EVP. 
  • Will the newsletter be branded to me? 
    • Yes! It will come from your email, have your headshot, your phone number, and link to your website. 

    • The "Refer a Friend" will automatically open an email so that your client can email you directly.
    • "Shop For Homes" will link to your SNAP website.
    • "Contact Me" will also open up an email directed to you.
