Agent Protection Plan 2.0

We're excited to renew our Google Workspace contract for Redwood agents and staff, with a 5 GB storage limit per account. Additional storage is available for $18/month. Check your storage usage and follow steps to manage excess storage by adjusting email forwarding and saving important emails.

What IS the Redwood Agent Protection Plan (RAPP)?

  • Enterprise-level Google Workspace to provide all Redwood agents with secure email, storage, and access to the entire suite of Google Workspace tools.
  • Errors and Omissions (E+O) Insurance to protect you and your business.

Where can I find information about the E & O Policy?

The E&O Policy is outlined on this support guide which includes the Certificate of Insurance: E & O Policy – Certificate of Liability Insurance

Is anything changing?

On June 1, 2024, standard Google Workspace accounts will have 5 GB storage limits. Agents with accounts over this amount will have the option of paying a subsidized $18/ month for unlimited storage.

How do I know if I am using more than 5GB of storage?

You can go to this link to see your storage: https://drive.google.com/drive/quota

What do I do if I am currently using more than 5G of storage?

If you want to stay under the 5GB storage, you can delete or move files/photos/emails to an external drive.

If you want to have unlimited storage, you will need to let us know by filling out this form: Google Workspace Form

Can I continue to forward my Redwood email to my preferred email provider?

Third-party email forwarding will remain supported, allowing users to continue forwarding their emails. If you currently forward your emails to a personal email provider, this process will continue unchanged. However, we require you to fill out the Google Workspace Form to confirm your consent for ongoing email forwarding. Please note that any existing emails stored will be deleted by June 1st.

When will I begin to be charged for the unlimited storage?

You will start being billed for the $18/month unlimited Google storage on a monthly basis starting June 1st. If you have not completed the Google Workspace Form and have exceeded the 5 GB storage limit, you will be automatically billed.
