What is the cost of Google Workspace?
Standard Google Workspace accounts include 5 GB of storage at no cost. Agents who require additional storage can opt in to a subsidized plan at $18/month, which provides 5 TB of storage.
How do I keep track of my storage?
You can go to this link to see your storage: https://drive.google.com/drive/quota.
What should I do if I am about to reach my 5GB of storage?
If you want to stay under the 5GB storage, you can delete or move files/photos/emails to an external drive.

Yes, third-party email forwarding is supported. If you’d like to forward your Redwood email to another provider, you’ll need to complete the Google Workspace Form to confirm your consent and enable ongoing email forwarding.
