Department Contact List and Direct Links (URL) for Agents

This guide shows different url/ links for agents along with overview of each link/email.


The list below shows different url with descriptions on what the links are for (THESE ARE NOT EMAILS!):

achform.c21redwood.com – Agents can submit their ACH/Direct Deposit information for commission payments through this link.

ccform.c21redwood.com – This is for agents to submit their Credit Card Information for invoice/bill payments

emd.c21redwood.com – This will direct a purchasers/buyers to Payload (previously known as Earnestly) to submit their Earnest Money Deposit via ACH/Bank Deposit.

emdrefund.c21redwood.com – When a contract is released, the buyer/purchaser has to option to be refunded by ACH/ Direct Deposit. They just need to fill out the docusign form from this link. Only the buyer/purchaser listed on the Contract and Release can fill out the EMD refund form.

refundbyach.c21redwood.com – This can be filled out by other Brokers to receive Referral payments from a closed transaction or Tenant Broker payments and Balance to Landlord/Property Management payments for Rental transactions.

agentbio.c21redwood.com – Agents can use this link to request changes to their bio/profile in c21redwood.com, dash/ 21online/century21.com/Moxi.

Agent Website URL Redirect Request – Use this link to tell us where to forward your current domain if you are using Rechat or Moxiworks.

    • If an agent has questions or need assistance with transaction files, email the Processing Department

    • If an agent has questions about commission payments, billing, 1099s
  3. Licenses@c21redwood.com
    • This is the email to use for anything related to licenses.
  4. info@sequoiareferrals.com
    • If you have any questions or need to submit a Sequoia Referral Agreement, use this email
  5. Paperwork Submission Email Per Office
    • This is a link to a support guide that has the email addresses per office. It goes straight to Paperless Pipeline so our processors can process the paperwork accordingly
