How do I apply for my Marketing Advantage Reimbursement on a Redwood Company Generated/ Relo Listing?

This guide explains the criteria and procedure to submit your reimbursement request for the Marketing Advantage Program. This program was formerly known as Redwood Listing Rewards.


Criteria/ Guidelines:

  • Read this guide for the explanation and overview of the Redwood Marketing Advantage
  • To qualify for the reimbursement, the listing must be a Company Generated Listing (Redwood Lead or Relocation Lead)
  • The application for reimbursement must be submitted before the close date of the listing transaction
  • The reimbursement amount is based on the square footage of the property:

<2000  – 262.5 (previous subsidy: $200)

<3000 – 312.5 (previous subsidy: $250)

<7000 – 412.5 (previous subsidy: $300)

<7500 – 462.5 (previous subsidy: $350)

How to apply for reimbursement:

Please complete the Google Form at rmareimbursement.c21redwood.com. You’ll be prompted to input property information, including the 3D tour link, video tour link, and indicate if the listing is a Company Generated Listing. If your response is affirmative, an additional section will appear, requiring information regarding the reimbursement amount, AI Boost, and the video/3D tour provider. Our Processing Team (processing@c21redwood.com) will keep you informed with status updates throughout the process.
