New Agent Welcome Graphics for Social Media

When a new agent joins Redwood, a graphic welcoming them to the company is shared on our main Social Media pages. In the past, we waited until the agent had their professional headshot taken and adjusted with an approved background before posting their welcome graphic. In order to expedite the welcome process, we are no longer requiring that the “new” professional photograph be used for the welcome graphic.

New steps using an existing agent photo:

Step 1:

During the New Agent Orientation, the ASM will ask the new agent if they would like to use their current professional headshot or their new one once it is complete. This will depend on how quickly the agent would like this welcome graphic to be posted.

If they would like to wait for their new headshot, the ASM can mark these two tasks as complete to remove them from their To-Do List.

Step 2:

Agent sends their current headshot to their ASM.

Step 3:

ASM creates a Social Media Welcome Graphic. New guide for this is here. 

Step 4:

1. Field team posts a welcome graphic to their respective Facebook office pages announcing the agent to the office
2. Field team shares the Welcome Graphic with Marketing@c21redwood.com
3. Field team shares the graphic with the agent to share on their social media channels
