Select Client Club (SCC): Past Clients & Advocates

Past Clients & Advocates

The Select Client Club (SCC) helps you stay connected with the people who have supported your business long after a transaction has closed.

Who Can You Submit?

You can submit:

  • Past Clients (Merger) from previous transactions
  • Advocates who have referred business to you or actively supported your business

What Do We Need From You?

To enroll your past clients and advocates:

Complete the SCC Past Client (Merger) & Advocate Enrollment Spreadsheet.

Below are the definitions of the different tags.

    1. SCC Merger: Past clients who completed a transaction with you prior to August 2026. These clients are being introduced to the Select Client Club as part of CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty’s partnership with the Select Group. The welcome email provides an update on the partnership, highlights the additional resources and benefits it has made available to clients, and welcomes them to the Select Client Club.
    2. SCC Advocate: An individual who actively supports your real estate business by referring you to others, recommending your services, or helping you build relationships, even if they have never completed a transaction with you.

Provide complete and accurate contact information for each person. *This is a great time to contact your past clients to confirm their current mailing address.*

Submit your completed list to the Select Client Club (SCC) Client & Advocate Submission Form.

What Happens Next?

The Redwood Processing Team will review your list to ensure all required information is complete and accurate.

If anything is missing or there are questions about a client, the Processing Team will reach out to you in conjunction with your ASM/MPM to help resolve it.

Once all information is confirmed, the Processing Team will:

  • Upload the clients to your database.
  • Apply the appropriate SCC Merger or SCC Advocate tag.
  • Add them to the SCC Group.

This will trigger an automated email from you, the agent, welcoming them to the program and highlighting the benefits available to them. Within 30 days, they will also receive a flyer explaining the SCC benefits, along with an SCC card they can bring with them when visiting the office to use one of the in person services.

If you have any questions about the program, please reach out to your ASM/MPM for further assistance.
