Select Client Club (SCC): Frequently Asked Questions
Agent FAQ:
What is the Select Client Club?
The Select Client Club (SCC) is a complimentary client appreciation program designed to help you stay connected with your clients and provide ongoing value long after a transaction has closed.
Who can I add to SCC?
You can submit:
- Past Clients (SCC Merger): Clients who completed a transaction with you prior to August 2026.
- Advocates (SCC Advocate): Individuals who actively support your business through referrals, recommendations, or other meaningful support, even if they have never completed a transaction with you.
What is an SCC Merger client?
SCC Merger clients are past clients who completed a transaction with you prior to August 2026. They are being introduced to SCC as part of CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty’s partnership with the Select Group. They will receive a welcome email explaining the partnership and the additional benefits now available to them.
What is an SCC Advocate?
An SCC Advocate is someone who actively supports your real estate business by referring you to others, recommending your services, or helping you build relationships—even if they have never completed a transaction with you.
Current Clients & New Closings:
What happens when my current client closes?
If the client information is completed on the Cover Sheet, they will be automatically be enrolled in SCC as part of the closing process. You do not need to submit them separately.
What does my client receive?
After closing:
- The client receives a thank-you email.
- Within 30 days, the client receives an SCC flyer/letter explaining the benefits of the program.
- They also receive an SCC card, which they can bring with them when visiting the office.
Do I need to do anything when my client closes?
Your main responsibility is to make sure your client's contact information and communication preferences are accurate and up to date in the CRM.
Once the transaction closes, the SCC enrollment and communication process is handled automatically.
What if I don’t include the client’s information on the Cover Sheet?
They will not be uploaded into your CRM or enrolled in SCC.
Past Clients & Advocates:
How do I submit my past clients and advocates?
Complete the SCC Past Client & Advocate Enrollment Spreadsheet (Google Sheet) or (Excel) and provide complete and accurate contact information for each person. Submit the completed spreadsheet to the Select Client Club (SCC) – Client & Advocate Submission form.
What happens after I submit my list?
The Redwood Processing Team will review your list to make sure all required information is complete and accurate. If anything is missing or there are questions about a contact, the team will reach out to you (cc’ing your ASM/MPM).
Once everything is confirmed, the Processing Team will:
- Upload the contacts to your database.
- Apply the appropriate SCC Merger or SCC Advocate tag.
- Add them to the SCC Group.
What happens when a past client or advocate is added to SCC?
Adding the contact to the SCC Group triggers an automated email from you welcoming them to the program and explaining the benefits available to them.
Within 30 days, they will also receive an SCC benefits flyer/letter and an SCC card they can bring with them when visiting the office.
Do I need to contact my clients myself?
No additional outreach is required for the SCC enrollment process. The automated welcome email and mailed SCC materials will introduce them to the program.
However, SCC is designed to complement your relationship with your clients, not replace it. We encourage you to continue staying in touch with your clients and advocates personally.
Eligibility & Communication Preferences:
Will everyone I submit automatically be enrolled?
Yes, as long as we have the following information: Client First Name, Client Last Name, Client Email, Client Mailing Address, and SCC Merger/SCC Advocate Preference.

A contact may be excluded if they:

- Have an active marketing opt-out in the CRM.

If any of these items apply the Redwood Process Team will reach out to you direct to determine next best steps.
