CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty covers the registration and hotel room (nights TBD) for these individuals/team leaders. All additional expenses (airfare, meals, etc) are to be paid by the agent.
Why do the social media post and graphics show different criteria than the CENTURY 21 brochure?
CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty determined to cite sales volume in the award graphics instead of publishing gross commission as we have received feedback from numerous agents that they feel more comfortable sharing their success in terms of the homes they sold as opposed to the commissions they’ve earned.
The sales volume criteria that we reference in our graphics is calculated by dividing the initial number by 2.5% (i.e.- $146,000/ 2.5% = $5,840,000+, $191,000/ 2.5% = $7,640,000, etc.)
