Exceptions Reimbursements Policy
To support agents during a period of limited office staffing, Nick approved reimbursement credits for active listings and closings. Details are as follows:
- $50 statement credit for each active sale listing
- $100 statement credit for each closed sale transaction
Reimbursements should be tracked using the Monday board below:
With staffing now stabilized under Tammie’s leadership, the goal is to phase out this reimbursement program by the end of September 2025.
