How do I create a Profile in Google Chrome for my Redwood Google Workspace account?
Your Google Chrome Profile is where Chrome stores all of your personal data, like usernames and passwords, bookmarks, and the history of what you browse on the web. You can see the Chrome Profile you are using by clicking on the profile button on the browser toolbar:
Every Chrome Profile is tied to a Google Account. If you use that same Profile on multiple devices, your data will be kept in sync across them all.
You can also have more than one Chrome Profile. Having more than one Chrome Profile allows you to keep personal and professional data separate, private, and secure. In the screenshot above, you can see that in addition to my Redwood profile, I have a personal profile (for my public Gmail account), profiles for my kid, and a profile that we use for managing Redwood-corporate communications and calendars.
Redwood recommends you use your Redwood Google Workspace account for at least one of your Chrome Profiles. This will make it super convenient for you to access some of your apps in accessRedwood (especially Marketing Studio), and your Redwood email, which is powered by Gmail.
