How Do I Make Copies in my Office?

To make copies in your office, you will first need to log in to the machine to track your copier costs. On the printer touch screen, you will see a button that says Login. Click on this Login button and enter the 4 digit code you were given when you started with Redwood. Once you have entered your code, it will take you to the home screen. To make copies, click on the copy function, and adjust the setting to your specific needs. You can adjust the one sided or double sided settings, colors and quantity on the copier. When you have the settings adjusted, put the document in the feeder. Make sure that there are no staples or paperclips, and be sure the document is facing the correct direction. Click start, the feeder should pull the documents through and begin your job. If you have any difficulties making copies please reach out to your ASM.

How to Scan a Document to My Email from the Office Printer?

To scan a document to your email from your office printer, you will first need to log in to the machine. On the printer touch screen, you will see a button that says Login. Click on this Login button and enter the 4 digit code you were given when you started with Redwood, this is your copier code. Once you have entered your code, it will take you to the home screen. Select the scan to email function. Your email address is tied to your 4 digit code so you will not need to enter it to scan to your email. You can change the color and single sided and double sided scanning as needed. If your settings have been adjusted, you can put your documents in the feeder. Be sure that there are no staples or paperclips in your document and that your document is facing the correct direction. Click the Start button to begin the scan job.
