This guide provides an overview of each tool to help you understand the systems supporting agents and internal operations at C21 Redwood.

Agent-Facing Systems

  • Google Workspace

    Facilitates secure and efficient email communication through Google Workspace, including access to shared drives, calendars, photos, and collaboration tools. We have 2 options:

    • Frontline Starter - it's free to Redwood agents, 5 GB storage limit
    • Enterprise - all employees are on the enterprise account, unlimited storage
  • AccessRedwood is our central hub, powered by Stackwrap, where agents can easily access company resources, announcements, and training materials. Originally a custom-built tool, AccessRedwood transitioned to the Stackwrap platform and was officially launched to agents in April 2025. Key components within AccessRedwood include:
    • Tools & Applications Dashboard
    • Marketplace (coming soon through Shopify)
    • Support Center (through Helpscout Docs/Beacon)
    • Business Plan (coming soon)
    • Calendars (integration with google)
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
    • Moxi: A CRM solution tailored for managing client interactions, lead tracking, and campaign automation.
    • Rechat: Helps agents manage their pipeline, track leads, and communicate with clients.
    • Follow Up Boss: Another CRM tool for tracking lead activity and managing client follow-ups.
    • Real Scout: Provides agents with a collaborative home-searching platform to assist clients in finding properties.
  • Websites
    • Luxury Presence: Redwood Broker website (c21redwood.com) is hosted by Luxury Presence. The site pulls listings from the MLS, Real Satisfied Surveys, Neighborhood Areas and more
    • Agent Websites (Moxi & Luxury Presence): Personalized agent websites with tools for branding, listing, and lead generation.
    • Dash: Century 21’s comprehensive back-end system for managing and tracking essential business data, including agent rosters, listings, pendings, and closings. Dash integrates seamlessly with the back-office system (Darwin), which supplies critical data like agent information and transaction updates. This information is then pushed from Dash to the 21Online interface and related applications, such as RealSatisfied (for client surveys), awards rankings, Moxi products, Client Preferred Club, LiveEasy, and more, ensuring efficient data flow and enhanced functionality across platforms.
    • CENTURY21.com: This website showcases agent, team, and office bios, along with listings from all CENTURY 21 franchises. The displayed information is sourced from Dash, so any updates or corrections must be submitted to the Processing@c21redwood.com.
  • Client Satisfaction and Loyalty Programs
    • Real Satisfied Survey: Gathers post-transaction feedback from clients to assess agent performance and satisfaction.
    • Preferred Client Club: An exclusive program offering client perks, with tools to help agents maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Transaction Management
    • Bright MLS: Bright MLS is a comprehensive multiple listing service (MLS) that connects real estate professionals across the Mid-Atlantic region, providing access to property listings, market data, and collaboration tools. It streamlines the buying and selling process with advanced search features, integrated technology, and compliance resources to support agents and brokers.
    • ZipForms: Digital transaction management platform designed for real estate professionals to create, manage, and organize contracts and forms securely. It streamlines the paperwork process with features like templates, e-signatures, and integrations, ensuring efficiency and compliance throughout transactions.
    • Docusign: Enables digital signature capture for contracts, agreements, and disclosures.
    • Paperless Pipeline: Transaction management tool for document sharing, tracking, and compliance.
    • Darwin.Cloud (formerly TransactionPlan) is a robust business tracking platform central to Century 21 Redwood Realty’s operations, streamlining performance reporting, billing, agent information management, and commission processing. It integrates with Bright MLS to pull listing and pending transaction data, which is then pushed to Dash, Century 21’s backend system. The data entered into Darwin becomes a powerful resource for dashboards, analytics, and reports, providing actionable insights used by agents and field staff.   • Moo.com

    Provides high-quality printing for business cards, brochures, and other marketing materials.

  • Printing
    • PaperCut – tracks all copies made directly at the copier. Agents must log in at the device using their unique 4-digit user account number.
    • Infinity Cloud – tracks printing from office or personal computers. Agents should log in with their email address as their username.

Employee Only System

  • Monday.comMonday.com is a versatile platform designed for managing projects, teams, and leads.   • My90: A comprehensive tool used by Redwood’s Leadership to manage business processes using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). My90 helps teams streamline operations, improve accountability, and focus on key objectives within 90-day cycles. It supports key EOS principles like Rocks (quarterly goals), Scorecards (key metrics), and To-Dos (weekly tasks), making it a powerful platform for aligning teams and driving efficiency.
  • eVolvHR: Redwood’s comprehensive HR solution, designed to streamline employee management and support. For assistance, contact the HR team at hrdepartment@evolvhr.com. Key components include:
    • Paycor: A robust platform for onboarding, managing HR information, processing payroll, submitting time-off requests, and tracking timesheets.
    • Uzio: The portal for benefit enrollment and management.
    • Transamerica: The portal for accessing and managing retirement accounts.

  • Helpscout: platform utilized by the Corporate Office teams, including Processing, Commissions, Support, Marketing, and Relocation, to streamline collaboration through shared inboxes. It ensures efficient management of requests, preventing duplication of effort by allowing seamless coordination without multiple team members working on the same task simultaneously.
